development and don't want to learn a lot of the basics of
FrontPage or Dream Weaver then Web Site Templates may be the
key. These are templates that provide you with a
pre-built web page for either a small fee or some for free.
Basically all the designing of
the web page is done all you have to add is the content and
your advertising to create the web site. You can also
use this base page to build additional pages to your
website.
